Are the coasters produced in Germany?
We produce our LED coasters 100% in Germany. Made from high-quality hard foam material and just 3 millimeters thin, our coasters are durable and hard-wearing – even with intensive use.
How does shipping work?
Because we produce our LED coasters 100% in Germany, we can offer fast and reliable delivery via DHL. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days. For personalized orders, please allow around one week of lead time.
How does the lighting in the coasters work?
The lighting in our coasters activates automatically as soon as a glass is placed on the coaster, and goes out when the glass is removed. This function is triggered by a pressure sensor.
How long do the LED coasters glow?
A full battery provides up to 30 hours of light. Combined with the replaceable CR2016 button cells, which are also available in any store, that means a long-lasting glow.
Can the batteries be replaced?
Yes, the CR2016 button cells in our glowing coasters are easy to change yourself and are also available in any store.
Are the LED coasters also suitable for outdoor use?
Our coasters can be used both indoors and outdoors. With a light color range between 2700 and 3300 Kelvin, the LED light of our coasters does not attract insects, which makes it ideal for outdoor areas such as terraces, beer gardens and outdoor events.
Are the LED coasters water-repellent?
Made from water-repellent hard foam material with built-in protection for the lighting unit, you do not need to worry about the coasters being damaged by accidental contact with liquids. Please still avoid contact with larger amounts of liquid, as this is a technical product.
How can the LED coasters be cleaned?
Our coasters wipe clean easily with a damp cloth. The built-in protection of the lighting unit prevents moisture from reaching the electronics, which makes cleaning straightforward.
Can your LED coasters be resold?
Yes, our LED coasters are perfectly suited for resale too.
